Discover + Strategize
Whether you are embarking on a website refresh or a complete redesign, we begin by gathering information. We ask a lot of questions and review all relevant information to make sure we have a full understanding of your current situation and what your goals and objectives are.
After analyzing all information, we help define an overall strategy and outline the full project scope for your site. This includes aspects such as site structure, functionality, navigation flow, UX, design and technical requirements.

Design + Prototype
Drawing from all of the information gathered in the previous stage, we bring your new website into reality. This includes a visual ‘look and feel’ for the website that appeals to your target audience and guides them on their journey through your website. As well as a prototype of key pages showing desktop and mobile views. If you already have your brand well-defined, we will integrate your existing branding elements. If needed, we can define your visual style from the ground up.

Develop + Implement
Here’s where everything comes together and the actual site is built, tested and launched. This is the nuts and bolts part of the process where the technology framework and CMS is implemented and we execute your website into it’s final form. This includes creating templates and building pages; as well as any custom coding. Thorough testing of all elements is conducted to ensure your site functions properly.

Maintain + Optimize
Modern websites are like living breathing entities that require regular care and maintenance. We continuously support, enhance and optimize your website after the initial launch. This includes technical upgrades, security monitoring, site backups, added functionality, metrics reporting and content updates.
